I did sign up for their protection service contract which seems sensible as I am using this company for my servicing of my boiler and also electrical work. "We have used this company before with very satisfying results.  They actually brought in propane heaters so the work could be done in-spite of the unseasonably cold weather. Our garage has been falling down for years.  It was built back in the 1960's.  The lights used to flicker and it was always a gamble if the electric door would open or not.  I actually got trapped inside once and a neighbor had to force the door to get me out.  Now, we can turn the garage lights on and off and the door open or shut, from inside our four seasons porch.  Small things mean a lot!
