"We told him before scheduling the work that our ceilings were high and he would need a 12' ladder. When he got to our house, without ladder, he wanted us to go rent one while he waited, which we decided not to do. The promotion that we bought was 2 hours of electrical service, to which we got about an hour's worth of re-connecting a ground in one light fixture. He told us to call him when we had a ladder rented and he would come back to install the other light fixture, but we decided to just do it on our own.

"As usual, Gregg was right on it. Someone smashed the passenger side door of my vehicle on 4th of July weekend. I called Gregg on Sunday night to see when he could help me.

"Great company! I talked to Rob and he said within a few weeks and his team was early and was able to finish the job within the day. Derek was our installer and even hooked up an automatic shutoff for the lights and explained how to use it which was very helpful. The lights are way brighter than I expected. I have been putting up my own for years and didn't realize how much better professional lights are. I signed on for 2 years and will to use them in the future."
