"Oscar Rosales of Right Pro Electrical Services went over and above for us today. We ran into him at Ace Hardware while we were there looking for a trip circuit breaker. Two places were sold out of the one we needed (Ace and Lowes). Oscar had what we needed in his truck (thankfully!) and I asked him if he would please follow us home and help us out as we had no electricity in half of the house, and no televisions were working (and we had company). Not only did Oscar change it out for us but he also had to move furniture around, troubleshoot the problem, explained everything we needed to do in the future, and also reset our garage door (which has not worked in nearly a year since the last power outage) and did not charge us for that. He really saved the day for us today. We will call on Oscar again and we will recommend him to our family and neighbors as well.
