"While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!! I was very happy with the work they did and would definitely recommend using them."

He helped us come up with a good design and took care of everything including scheduling inspections and approval of permits. He even accompanied us during shopping trips and provided valuable inputs to help us pick finishing materials. I am specialize in demo and junk removal. I am usually a little bit cheaper then others because most of the stuff I load myself. I can handle putting 4 tons of material on my truck in about 3 to 4 hours on my own. My truck is very large and has 16 foot long bed that can handle 5 tons. I can also get a machine or use more guys if needed. I have been doing this for two years. Please call and let me work out a bid as i Said I have less overhead then most.
