"Lied to me about my oil tank leaking and then when confronted about it, it was made to seem like it was no big deal that there was a leak. They did not run through any of the information with me at the end, just sign here and sign here. I left a google review informing they left debris behind, the owner or a representative responded that it was my debris, so I guess that means I am responsible for it, which is fine. However, that would have been nice to know beforehand, and when I asked the gentleman who was here doing the work about the debris he basically shrugs his shoulder and says I dont know. Beyond all that, the workmanship appears to be good so far."

"I was given false information regarding the basement of the home I was purchasing. Fredy could have come out and cosigned the information and made a lot of money off of me. However, he was honest and told me that the areas that were identified as needing to be fixed really did not. He gave me some great solutions, alternatives, and insight. We requested several proposals and found ADR PRO BUILDERS LANDSCAPING's to be the most responsive and flexible. We worked with Eligio who was knowledgeable and responsive to what we were looking to accomplish. He met with us on a Saturday and had a proposal within a few days. His proposal was also very reasonable from a pricing perspective. He started the work on the date he promised and completed his work on a time. He had a sizable crew. I also found it refreshing not to have a long contract loaded with legalize and escape clauses for any responsibility and attaching risks to us related for non payment. ADR had a very straight forward payment requirement. Bottom line we would strongly recommend ADR, and have already done so."
