"It can be nearly impossible to get tradesmen to work on mountain homes, even in emergencies. Demand far outstrips supply, I guess. Most can't even return calls. Not so with White Elk. They did not know me from Adam, but I got a callback right away and an offer to put in the extra hours and miles to attend to my good pump emergency.
