"I hired them to remove an oil an from my crawlspace. They called a couple days ahead to confirm the exact time so I could prepare my own schedule and move my personal stuff out of the way for them. (The only access to the tank was though an interior door in our library, across my basement office, then crouch into the crawlspace) They arrived ready to work at near exactly the minute they promised.
