For the rest of the day my thought was that maybe I could find a contractor who might do the work for somewhat less money. About three days later Mark's proposal came and the cost to do the work was exactly what he quoted and I knew then that I would give him the job. When Mark and his crew came to do the work he recommended a different location for the foundation than mine and I was pleased after taking his recommendation. Mark's crew did an excellent job installing a perfectly level foundation in a day's time and grading the area around the foundation. I asked Mark to inspect the job after completion and he said he would certainly do this. Yes, this was a small job but I was so pleased with Mark's attentiveness to my needs and requests."
