"Very Well. We can’t say enough about H-Bros excavating! When we approached Marcus to come bid on our job. We were impressed. He seemed to know what he was talking about and told us we would need a D6 or D8 cat to rip all the rocks from the area we wanted flattened. He said he could probably get it done with a D6 and quoted it for that. He ended up bringing a D8 which worked out great since it could rip the rocks a lot faster. To our delight we got done 2 days early. Marcus and team started the job on schedule, were on time each day and worked hard and long hours. They were very professional and very personable. They wanted to make sure that they did the job exactly how we wanted it done. Customer satisfaction was very important to them. They went above and beyond our expectations and we are extremely happy with their services and would recommend them to anyone! They were a pleasure to work with and very honest. Physically showed me what was going on and explained it well so I understood what was needed and why. They let me know which repairs needed to be done immediately and which could wait - no hard upsell at any point. They set reasonable expectations for what improvement I could expect with each step. Polite, friendly and helpful, showed up well within the estimated window. They charge by the job, not the hour, meaning the work was done quickly, but with quality. I had someone I know take a look at the work and they said everything looked very well-done. After each step they followed up with me by phone to find out if I wanted/needed anything else. In short, I had a shockingly great experience with them and can't recommend them highly enough."
