"This is the second time I've used Silverback and I'm about to call for a third job. They're fantastic! I had an old shed filled with pesticides and rat poop that I wanted gone. Without me even having to be there, Chris came out, took a look and then called me with an estimate of $450.00. I came home later that day and that longstanding eyesore was gone, the rat pooped cleaned up and the pesticides stored in a box and left for me to dispose of at the next neighborhood hazardous waste drop off day. In June of 2014, Down aunder Services landscaped our entire backyard (almost a third of an acre), transforming a rocky, dirt-filled wasteland into a gorgeous, lush space with a tiered hill and grass. WOW! We loved it so much that we signed up for their maintenance (gardening) services as well and most recently hired them again for our front yard. The prices are also extremely reasonable and I appreciated the open lines of communication. They finish every job on time and are very transparent about costs and expectations. We are moving to a new home and will be calling Warren again for all of our future landscaping needs there as well.

"I had an almost forty year old non functioning swimming pool partially demolished and backfilled. The wrought iron fencing surrounding it was removed as well as an old aluminum playground set in another part of the yard. Green Sphere Demolition informed me about what the job would entail and answered my questions at every step during the process. They pulled all of the necessary permits and made sure the city inspectors approved the plan and signed off on the job upon completion. I would hire this company again."

"We contacted them for remodel of 2 of our bathrooms. Excellent work by the project manager and his team on our master bathroom and guest bathroom remodel. He helped us come up with a good design and took care of everything including scheduling inspections and approval of permits. He even accompanied us during shopping trips and provided valuable inputs to help us pick finishing materials. He is also very receptive of critical feedback and goes the extra mile to make sure we are happy with the work at the end of the day. "They initially re-plumbed our entire house years ago so we are still under a service contract with them. They do excellent work. We have had no problems with them. They were very professional. There were only about two of them here at a time and they come do whatever they have to do and then, the construction crew came in after them and did what they had to do. "My wife and I hired California Smartscapes to complete a 100,000 plus landscaping job at our home in Bay Park. As you can tell by the photos it turned out amazing! In fact, it turned out better than we could have anticipated. The guys were very professional and their effort and work ethic was first class. The team lead by project manager Sal were very responsive to our requests and were there to answer any questions we had. "After a free design for the back yard, I selected Apollo for their reasonable price compared to another company. They did the job very quickly in spite of rain delays. They had different crews for different jobs. One crew took out the turf, front and back yards and filled in the base. Another crew installed the pavers in the back yard after adding sand and compacting the area, A third crew installed the artificial grass. Another person was assigned to finish cleaning up the area. it looks great."
