"Fernando Ortega of VTM llc was at my home evaluating a construction issue. I mentioned a problem with my Lochinvar boiler. It had been checked by another firm 6 weeks earlier and found to be operating properly. Fernando checked it and found it needed cleaning maintenance and correction of an exhaust problem. He came back few days later and fixed the problems."

"They did a good job and I'd recommend them. They've done work for us in the past and they do a good job."

"After our home burned down we found Grand Lake Excavating to do our clean up and demo. They were great! Mike and his team handled everything with our insurance company and we couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them on the construction of our new house."

"I can't recommend him (and his team) highly enough. What started as a curb stop repair turned into one of those jobs where experience and problem-solving really matter, and he handled everything exceptionally well. He showed up when he said he would, communicated clearly throughout the project, and did the work the right way. He went above and beyond, and it was obvious he cared more about doing the job correctly than simply getting it done. Finding someone who is knowledgeable, dependable, and genuinely takes pride in their work isn't always easy. I'm grateful for everything he and his crew did and wouldn't hesitate to call him again or recommend him to anyone needing excavation work."

"I have owned several houses a over the years and wish I found this company sooner. Outstanding service! Very experienced! Knows house repair and construction! I would totally trust them to do work for me in the future."
