Within 35 to 40 minutes, the problem had been resolved and the crew was on-site at the rental property and starting the work. Thankfully, the pipe was not quite as deep as previously thought so excavation was much easier and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. DB's reduced the cost for the work from the original estimate as some of the issues they had estimated and planned for did not materialize. Shane and his crew were very professional and knowledgeable, and they left the yard in excellent condition where the excavation had been done.
