"I had talked to Andy on the phone. He said he would be by to and showed up about 1:00pm and started to work. I heard the noise from his roller and went out to see him in the front yard. It took him 45 to 60 minutes to complete the job. We discussed some other work I wanted done. He said he would have to check on the price of the product.
