"Bronson was great to work with, very quick to respond to questions via text or email, found solutions for working around the quirks of our 100 year old house, pulling in other professionals when it was appropriate to do so. They also installed a couple of ceiling fans."

Michiana Handyman Solutions was started to give a helping hand to anyone who simply doesn’t have the time to tackle certain tasks or are scared to jump into a project on their own. I started this type of work when I bought my first house and started to fix it up and fell in love with this type of work. I am work in a fair, organized and clean manner. "Excellent tech, work, and warranty! I am a huge fan!"

"Everything went very well. Robert Bowen was prompt and professional. The installation of my new faucet presented some challenges because of structural deviation,but Robert was undaunted and completed the task. Installing the ceiling fan was completed quite efficiently and he removed all debris. Quite satisfied and would recommend. Dr. Fontaine"

"The first day the worker showed up on time (I will say on time every day). Our first project was to install a ceiling fan in the dining room over the dining room table. (There had been an ugly big light fixture there before). I got a ceiling fan with a remote so there wouldn't be chains hanging down. Poor guy struggled, got it all put in, but forgot to put in the receiver for the remote. By then there was no way to get it in without taking the whole thing down, so he put the receiver on the ceiling outside the fan! Eeeek. Then he changed out some hardware in the bathroom while I tried calling Mike (my husband was livid). Never heard back from Mike. Tried calling Mike a couple times during the day......no response(Said the office phones weren't working that day). Well, the worker couldn't make it the 2nd day, so Mike sent 2 guys on the 3rd day to help get things on track. The second guy, Alberto, went to work and got the ceiling fan done in minutes. Lots of work got done the 3rd day. Ran into some problems at Menards trying to get a lighted medicine cabinet, but that was not their fault, it was mine for not buying it ahead of time. The 4th and 5th day we had our original guy again, but he worked really hard and got a lot done. I do want to say he did an amazing job with patching, painting, and caulking. He worked really hard and was always on time, and cleaned up everyday; it's just that first day got us behind, so there were a few things on my list that didn't get done, that I feel probably should have.
Main complaint is responsiveness. I feel like we should have gotten a follow-up call at the end of the week knowing what a rough start we had.
Where it says,and quot;Would you use this provider in the future?and quot; I wish there was a choice for and quot;maybeand quot;
