We hired them for a large project that included running Cat6 Ethernet all through the home, adding outlets, adding COAX cables, adding fans/lights to the bedrooms, adding can lights, installing a natural gas generator and automatic switch over, terminating all the cat6 and coax to a server area, install WiFi hotspots in the ceiling, surround sound speakers in the family room, recessed power and wiring for the TV in the Family Room above the fireplace including a smurf tube. And the list goes on and on. They will be my first any work in the future."

"Jack came & removed the wallpaper, he was very helpful, dedicated to the task & professional, offering solutions to any issues that came up. He returned another day to texture the walls very carefully, making sure to protect all other surfaces. Then he & his team returned to paint , which in some areas of the bathroom needed a third coat to meet his satisfaction. They also moved all furniture & painted the master bedroom & replaced all furniture. It was a wonderful experience, we feel like we have a new master suite. I would highly recommend Jack to anyone. "I was impressed with Brad from Mr. Handyman of Bellevue. This was for a rental property that I own. I was not able to be present for the work but I was keeping in touch with the tenant. He didn't try to take advantage of that (taking longer, charging more, etc.)
First off, on the bathroom ceiling change, he did a good job on a complex change. Drywall had to be cut and the mounting had to be changed to the larger size (on different parts of the drywall). The wiring also had to be adapted. He cut very cleanly and it in the end the fan looks like it's a natural fit in the room (other than looking newer than other things of course). He was quick and courteous and accommodated the cats that used the bathroom for the litterbox.
He changed the dishwasher hose. It was a clean install. However, it ended up triggering a leak in another hose. He came later on his own time and fixed it for free. I really appreciated this.
The CO2 detector was made quick work of -- less than 5 minutes of work. This was a nice simple item to get taken care of.
Overall, it was great having Brad help on the property. I would certainly hire him again.

After the last 4 years of record summer heat, we decided to begin the process of investigating this solution. The appointment for the estimate went well with the entire process carefully explained and all of our questions answered. So, we decided to pull the trigger and buy the system. To our delight, company had an opening for the installation a week ahead of the original date and things only got better from there. On the day of the install, Isaac and his crew arrived on time and enforce. At one point there were 6 people and three trucks, all tightly coordinated. Everyone was courteous, professional, and fast. In a little over 6 hours the system was completely installed and thoroughly cleaned up. Overall, we could not be happier with this decision and highly recommend this company for anyone considering whole house A/C. Replacing 13 fans and 2 portable air conditioners is an elegant solution."
