"One afternoon when leaving our local Costco we noticed a booth advertising Lennox air conditioning for the home. After the last 4 years of record summer heat, we decided to begin the process of investigating this solution. The appointment for the estimate went well with the entire process carefully explained and all of our questions answered. So, we decided to pull the trigger and buy the system. To our delight, company had an opening for the installation a week ahead of the original date and things only got better from there. On the day of the install, Isaac and his crew arrived on time and enforce. At one point there were 6 people and three trucks, all tightly coordinated. Everyone was courteous, professional, and fast. In a little over 6 hours the system was completely installed and thoroughly cleaned up. Overall, we could not be happier with this decision and highly recommend this company for anyone considering whole house A/C. Replacing 13 fans and 2 portable air conditioners is an elegant solution."

"I called the company to discuss an attic exhaust fan installation, speaking with Gloria, the office administrator. She was of great assistance with my initial questions and scheduling an installer to come to my home. On the day of the installation, the installer, Ryan, called to confirm and since he was ahead of schedule for the day, asked if he could come at an earlier time. We agreed on a time and he showed up ready to examine my needs and do the installation should I so approve. I was amenable and he proceeded to do the install. The entire installation took less than an hour, was totally professional and in no way disruptive. The fan has been up and running for a week, now, and I do notice that the house is cooler than before. 
This is the third time that I have used this company and in every instance have been extremely satisfied with the entire process. I would highly recommend them.

"The service was scheduled for a 2 hour window and on the morning of the appointment the electrician called us as he was leaving the office to give us an estimated arrival time (he arrived about 40 minutes into the 2 hour window).  He was quick and efficient and the install time was exactly what he estimated.  He also cleaned up after himself (insulation from the attic tracked down into the house).  When he was done, we had a working overhead fan and just in time for the next heat wave!
