First I would like to say I have a very large roof (  3 bedroom ranch with approx.22ft add on family room, 2 1/2 car garage added to family room and small approx. 20 ft room added to end of garage). Total job was 3 days, 2 for the roof, the 3rd day was the gutter crew. On the first day John and his crew started arriving 7:30-7:45am, my wife and I work 2nd shift and by the time we were leaving for work over half of the roof was torn off and part of the crew was starting the re shingling as the other part continued the tear off. When we got home from work I really couldn't see the roof in the dark but I did notice everything had been cleaned up around the house like no one had been there. Day 2, again John and his crew started arriving 7:30-7:45am, when I went out to talk to John about some damaged wood on the roof, he had taken pictures from up on the roof to show me and also showed me from the ground there was a hole in the back corner of the house and the bottom 2 feet of the entire front of the house had water damage and should be replaced ( I started thinking to myself, How much more is this going to cost me ? ) we had also talked when he did the estimate, about a sag in the front edge of the front porch which had settled due to the posts being to far apart, this wasn't so much a structural problem as it was cosmetic to me, because it would show up against all the new straight fascia and gutters, so John suggested he could jack up the sag in the porch and install a new pressure treated post to support it, ( again my mind is thinking, Man all the wood that needs replaced and I kind of like the post idea, is really going to cost me ) the total additional cost ?  $200,  most of that was probably all the wood,  John had also done a few other little things that went above and beyond the original estimate at no additional cost that just made the job better. John had the roof done at the end of day 2 including the extra work, again when we returned from work everything had been cleaned up. Day 3 again started first thing in the morning with the gutter crew, they were almost done by the time we left for work. When we got home from work the entire job was done and everything was cleaned up.

 We are very pleased with our roof and have already gotten quite a few compliments. We would highly recommend John and his crew and feel the price was very reasonable for all that was done.
