"Clark Phillips personally came to give me a quote on the work, then a few weeks later his mason, Brandon called me to follow up and he also came out to look at the work that needed to be done. Then called again to see if I wanted to schedule. I felt very secure with their assessment of the work and estimate so I went ahead and scheduled the work to be done early December. They called to delay it a few days due to the weather. When Brandon began the work he completed it within 2.5 days. He was very neat and cleaned up everyday. Clark came back on the last day to review the job with me I'm very happy with the work done and would highly recommend Phillips Masonry."

"Daniel’s young apprentice, Sam came out for the job first but didn’t have the right equipment to inspect my narrower wood stove chimney. He didn’t make excuses, handled the stress of it professionally, and apologized profusely. Daniel arrived and went over everything after the inspection with pics and did a thorough cleaning and made a few future recommendations. Due to the inconvenience, he refused to charge me. Even when I tried to give him some money he was emphatic stating that making me happy was his priority and that my review was the best way to keep him in business! That’s above and beyond service! "I first used their services to have a furnace replaced in my townhouse several years back.  The owner, John, came to my house and explained everything in detail to me from the type of furnace, how he would be replacing it and all the costs associated.  I was very pleased with his professionalism, quality of work and price.  Several years later (January, 2014) when I moved and bought a house, I wanted to replace my very old (1950's) oil heat furnace.  I called John and he came to the house and explained everything in detail and provided my husband and I with a quote.  Based upon my positive, previous experience with Air Pure, we decided to use their service again.  Because of the location of where we live, John had to convert us from oil to propane heat.  About 2-3 weeks after it was installed, we realized that the house was pretty cold one morning and the furnace was constantly running.  I called John in a panic and he sent out one of his staff immediately to check on it.  There was nothing wrong with the furnace.  We were very grateful that someone made the trip to our house on such a cold Winter morning only to find out we ran out of propane!  We learned quickly how to adjust temperatures so that we didn't run out again.  What great customer service we always received from Air Pure and we would highly recommend them.

"Michael, owner of his own company , came and saved my well water pump pit from major damage from heavy rain fall ,that was starting to collapse my block wall. This was a true emergency and he did a fantastic job of rebuilding the wall. Michael is a highly professional and detailed hard worker. I would recommend Michael for any masonry work. "Roof was 25 years old, siding was wood, 50 years old, and recently attacked by woodpeckers. Soffit and fascia was all wood, with pealing paint and some wood rotting (in need of serious action). Mr. Tegge recommended new roof and gutters/spouts, update/replacement of fascia and soffit. A porch column was rotting at base, due to water damage some years ago, and he recommended replacing both. He took us around to several of his jobs, and showed us siding examples on homes, which really helped in choosing the one that worked for us. We got other estimates; based on reputation and proposals, we chose him, even though his price was somewhat higher. The roof was done by a large crew in two days, just before the July rains began. The remainder was worked on as quickly as possibly in between the rain storms. The results were outstanding, well worth the additional expense. Mr. Tegge (Home Crafters owner) visited the site frequently to check on progress/issues with his foremen and crews. The guys on the crews were great - hard working, highly competent, well informed, very responsive to inquiries, and really nice. One couldn't ask for better. Overall, this is a gem of a company. I will use them again (we have more work to do), and have already recommended them to neighbors and friends.
