Dan brought an additional spot to my attention I hadn’t even noticed in my bathroom. He promptly went outside and grabbed his supplies, while my cats watched from the kitchen window. Dan was outside for maybe ten minutes, when he popped back inside with the rusty nail culprit thy had caused my leak!!
