"I had them do a cleaning and inspection of my chimney and they found damages to the brickwork and the top of the chimney. They installed a new cap and their cost was so reasonable. All their work is guaranteed as well, which is reassuring. They were clean, efficient and courteous. "I hired Adam over a year ago to build a decorative block retaining wall at my home with integrated granite steps, a stone walkway and new granite house stairs. "J&L Chimney Works installed a pellet stove in my home and did a great job. I had hired a contractor, A to Z Chimney out of Danvers, to line the chimney this past summer to avoid having to do that work during the winter. BIG MISTAKE. A to Z Chimney did not install liner to the correct length, cut the liner to 20 ft length instead of 40 ft, and used an aluminum liner FOR A PELLET STOVE. J&L handled all the changes in stride, without complaint, removed the cheap Aluminum liner, installed the correct SS liner, which I had purchased, before A&Z got involved, and thought I would be getting a refund since IT SHOULDN"T HAVE BEEN NEEDED. J&L Chimney Works did a great job! (A to Z Chimney is pointing fingers - AVOID THEM)."
