They responded within 2 days and sent someone out to measure before they put us on the schedule to have the work done. We were a little over the square footage so they charged us a little extra, as we expected and it was a very reasonable price. Within 2 weeks of purchasing the deal they sent someone out to do the job (I think his name was Berto). He was VERY friendly, skilled, courteous, professional, and diligent! He even brought his own lunch and beverages! We had simple white subway tiles installed. Our kitchen is old and crooked and he worked like an artist to somehow make it all look straight and gorgeous.
