They came in and replaced it and took my fears away that someone in my family could of been seriously hurt if one of their legs went through it. Did a good job but not happy about the price being doubled after they said it wont be. Did good work but need to tell the customers the price up front and not wait until the work is done to double it. I'm still a bit upset over it but just wanted my carpet fixed."
