I don't know of anything, putting down flooring means every stitch of everything in the house has to be moved in order to put, they have to take out the carpet and put down hardwood floor, major situation, they put down about 900 square feet of flooring and took out the carpeting and moved every stitch of the furniture without any problems and moved it back and did the whole job in a day and a half which I found it amazing.
