"We had installed 4 layers of oak baseboad tirm and felt that Daniel was best suited to refinish our floors and handle a special need of working with the existing baseboards. The baseboards could not be removed to refinish the floor and had to be hand sanded around them. Daniel did an exceptional job with hardly any dust. The work area was always keep clean and he had a can do attitude. We also had him install flush mounted air vents after he had done the sanding.
