"The sales rep, Eian, did a great job of explaining what Refloor "does". That night, Saturday, we decided to have them replace our carpet. The financing was done that night and the installers, Kevin and Kyle, started Monday. It took three days (leveling the floor took a day and a half by itself). The project manager, Amber, was great at communicating where everything stood on the job. Our new flooring (living room, hallway, and stairs) looks great. Everyone involved made this project easy. "Robert, finished our floors in sections as we moved furniture between sections. The last section Robert made a mistake and thought he was using satin but it was semi gloss. I paid Robert in full that day as the poly was still drying and none of us realized it was semi gloss. We left for the weekend to stay off the floors. When we came back we realized something was wrong. We contacted Robert, he came back out and was very sorry about the mistake and went above and beyond to fix it right then and there and actually stayed until the poly fully dried to make sure we were satisfied. I can’t recommend Robert enough. He takes pride in his work, works very hard and made sure we were 100% satisfied. You won’t be disappointed having him refinish your floors."
