"It went well and done in 3 days. I have a busy work schedule and the floor team was able to accommodate my work schedule without me trying to get of my work to have them replace my floors. I would hire them again to do another floor at another time. I came across District Floor Depot through the website Houzz having good ratings and rated with the BBB. I got estimates from other flooring companies however this company came out the best not because they were the cheapest but their professionalism and high recommendations through reviews by real people. This company has many types of flooring choices. Just like the local company Michaels and Sons. This company is also a locally family run company. This companies' boss came out to see and spoke with his employees at the work site something that Home Depot has not done for me ever. Come and contact District Flooring Depot and check out what they have done with their clients homes."

"D&S Flooring was recommended by a friend - and I am so glad to have had them do the flooring in my basement. Masood the owner returned my request or information very quickly, and scheduled a time with me to measure the floor. I already knew the LVP the I wanted, and he brought the sample to help me choose a coordinating carpet. He provided a fair price for the flooring and labor. Two different teams did the work - one team did the LVP flooring and one team did the carpeting. My basement looks brighter, and bigger, and I am very pleased with the entire process from order to completion. D&S Flooring definitely deserve a 5 star review for all they did on my basement. ".5 years ago, I had Prospect Hardwood flooring remove my 1st floor carpet AND ceramic tile and replace with hardwood floor. Best decision I ever made. Now I needed to have my 2nd floor carpet removed and replaced with hardwood floor. I immediately went to Prospect Hardwood Flooring. Mike and Jody are a great husband and wife team. They were very patient, friendly, efficient, and HONEST. Mike gave me an estimate the next day, had the hardwood floor delivered the following day, and his team removed the carpet and put in the hardwood flooring 3 days later, in just 1 day. I gave the team a pizza, chicken and soda/hot cocoa/coffee party to celebrate their excellent and professional work. The floors are absolutely beautiful! I am so glad I had the carpets replaced with the hardwood flooring as my allergies disappeared after the 1st night. Excellent price with generous military discount, thank you Mike and Jody. "My spec home came with carpeted basement stairs that I didn’t care for at the beginning and after nearly three years of wear the builder grade product was looking shabby. The first contractor I discussed changing the surface to hard wood said it could not be done; the second might be able to do the conversion but wasn’t interested in the job. I found H&H Hardwood through Angie’s List and was pleasantly surprised. Mr. Fier responded to my voice mail promptly and arrived at the appointed time to study the project. He was incredibly thorough and clearly discussed alternatives. He promised a detailed proposal in a few days and produced the most detailed project description I’ve encountered in the course of many remodeling projects. After reaching an agreement and establishing a schedule, Dan and his crew arrived promptly each day, tackled the carpet removal, tread modifications and structural improvements in an organized, professional manner. The existing shop built stairs were refaced with ½” red oak and the finished project exceeds expectations. It would be difficult to find evidence that these steps were not constructed with hard wood at the initial build. After a good discussion I decided to have the stairs finished with Rubio Monocoat versus the more traditional stain covered by multiple layers of polyurethane. The penetrating Monocoat offers easier touchups and a much shorter application/curing time versus urethane. Dan made every effort to match the engineered hardwood flooring covering my main floor and the stain match is excellent. In short I am very pleased to recommend H&H Hardwood of Front Royal, VA for your hardwood needs. In this era where customer service is so often a forgotten skill, it was wonderful to deal with a pleasant person who clearly knows his business, arrives on time, leaves the premises spotless after every workday and provides an excellent product."

"Yong Lee and his assistant did a fabulous job on my master bedroom floor! They removed all my old carpeting, installed my new laminate wood flooring, cleaned up all the debris and dust and hauled all the trash away. They worked so quickly and efficiently the job took only half a day and the finished product looked fantastic. The price was extremely reasonable and much less than other quotes I received. He worked well with my material supplier Lumber Liquidators in Chantilly, they knew him well, he picked up my materials and delivered them to my house the day before.
