They were punctual, efficient, and their craftsmanship was outstanding. Javier and his team were friendly and respectful. They came in and removed the old engineered wood and carpet and did so quickly and began the installation the next day. We had to stagger the install of the stairs because the materials for the stairs did not arrive until the next week. He was accommodating of the delay with no problems. "Arturo and his brother were absolutely incredible - I had a bedroom, bathroom and closet that needed carpet flooring replaced with laminate flooring. Long story short, having a 25 year old carpet floor with 2 cats and a dog was absolutely disgusting. Arturo asked me basic questions regarding the square footage, amount of flooring material available, and even came over to provide free measurements prior to the major project. He worked steadily on my floors on a daily routine or 7am - 3pm for 5 days. Always on time, worked quietly, and I was always impressed with his daily work. He even disposed of the old carpeting and other items without using my trash bins either. Thank you Arturo, for making my bedroom look superior in every way. I would definitely recommend him for any flooring projects you need done."

"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Wood flooring in hallway.  Carpet in 4 other rooms.  Carpet installation was good.  Wood flooring was good as well except I had some of the pieces pop up.  There were air gaps when walking on certain planks.  The installers were a couple of senior guys
who've installed for many years, however they seemed a little cocky?  Had them out once again to glue down and make some repairs.
Mike, the owner, was super and responded to all calls and concerns.  Came out during the installation and was concerned that everything meets our satisfaction.
Mike is a man of his word and represents his company very well.
I would recommend M&M, however these installers need to be more responsive and courteous.
