"Steve is a nice guy, however, his workers are not professional, it took them nearly two weeks to put the wood floor in, the job should have taken about four days. They opened up four boxes of wood that was not use, so I have a pile of wood sitting in the garage that I can not return or use."

We are concrete coating company. We do decorative flake and metallic flooring coatings as well as concrete polishing. We are a company built and designed on tradition. Our greatest success is walking away from a project with a new friend and that friend having a huge smile on their face. We have been in this industry for 12 years. We legitimized our brand in April of 2019. We are veteran owned and family operated, we are a small company with large aspirations.
The rule of thumb is to add 10% for installations of under 1,000 square feet. If your installation is more than 1000 square feet, 7% is the appropriate adjustment. For diagonal installations or lower-grade hardwood products, 15% is the recommended adjustment.
Generally, you should leave a three quarter inch expansion space around the perimeter of your flooring. But this expansion should not affect your square footage measurements
