I shrugged it off, but just over 2 years later, he made good on his word and made it happen with hardly any prep time. He is such a great guy and knew that this entire process was new to me, that he met me at Home Depot to help with the order of needs and supplies. The process was easy and smooth and Larry kept in constant contact with the entire removal of carpet, prep work and installation. When I did the final walk through, I was "floored."
