"Natalie in customer service was amazing. She responded quickly to our questions and expedited the installation for us. The original quote was reasonable and the technician did a great job. Overall, we are very happy with District Floor Depot and will be using them again for our carpeting and flooring needs."

"Hew’s was very professional and on time. He stretched the carpet on 3 floors and came back the next day and cleaned all the carpet in the house. Very satisfied with his work."

"A top professional carpet service!"

".5 years ago, I had Prospect Hardwood flooring remove my 1st floor carpet AND ceramic tile and replace with hardwood floor. Best decision I ever made. Now I needed to have my 2nd floor carpet removed and replaced with hardwood floor. I immediately went to Prospect Hardwood Flooring. Mike and Jody are a great husband and wife team. They were very patient, friendly, efficient, and HONEST. Mike gave me an estimate the next day, had the hardwood floor delivered the following day, and his team removed the carpet and put in the hardwood flooring 3 days later, in just 1 day. I gave the team a pizza, chicken and soda/hot cocoa/coffee party to celebrate their excellent and professional work. The floors are absolutely beautiful! I am so glad I had the carpets replaced with the hardwood flooring as my allergies disappeared after the 1st night. Excellent price with generous military discount, thank you Mike and Jody. My next project is the basement flooring."

"My spec home came with carpeted basement stairs that I didn’t care for at the beginning and after nearly three years of wear the builder grade product was looking shabby. The first contractor I discussed changing the surface to hard wood said it could not be done; the second might be able to do the conversion but wasn’t interested in the job. I found H&H Hardwood through Angie’s List and was pleasantly surprised. Mr. Fier responded to my voice mail promptly and arrived at the appointed time to study the project. He was incredibly thorough and clearly discussed alternatives. He promised a detailed proposal in a few days and produced the most detailed project description I’ve encountered in the course of many remodeling projects. After reaching an agreement and establishing a schedule, Dan and his crew arrived promptly each day, tackled the carpet removal, tread modifications and structural improvements in an organized, professional manner. The existing shop built stairs were refaced with ½” red oak and the finished project exceeds expectations. It would be difficult to find evidence that these steps were not constructed with hard wood at the initial build. After a good discussion I decided to have the stairs finished with Rubio Monocoat versus the more traditional stain covered by multiple layers of polyurethane. The penetrating Monocoat offers easier touchups and a much shorter application/curing time versus urethane. Dan made every effort to match the engineered hardwood flooring covering my main floor and the stain match is excellent. In short I am very pleased to recommend H&H Hardwood of Front Royal, VA for your hardwood needs. In this era where customer service is so often a forgotten skill, it was wonderful to deal with a pleasant person who clearly knows his business, arrives on time, leaves the premises spotless after every workday and provides an excellent product."

"Brian from Torres flooring reached out to me immediately after I submitted my request, and quickly gave me a quote and did the repair that day! We had a small section of our vinyl floor cut out by our previous owners to install a wooden railing. We removed the railing and needed the flooring patched with some of the flooring we had stored away. I contacted so many floor companies who said the job was 'too risky' and declined the job, or told us we needed to replace the entire floor (for like $5k). Brian was super friendly and said he could do the job no problem, understood what we needed done, and did a great job! We were seriously getting desperate and didn't know if we were ever going to get our floor fixed. HUGE thank you to Brian for the expertly rescuing our floor!"

"Magni Flooring did a high quality hardwood replacement throughout that was completed with utmost respect to our home and property and a great attitude. The process from requesting a quote until job completion was quick, responsive, low stress, and ended with an ethical work estimate and a job well done! The Magni Flooring team did a fabulous carpet/old hardwood removal and new hardwood installation with pure professionalism and specialized expertise, even while were away from our home during the job. To say that we are happy is an understatement…”ecstatic or thrilled” better describe our feelings about the how our home looks with consistent, beautiful and modern hardwood throughout. It was a pleasure to work with owner, Marcin Toroj and Magni Flooring has proven to be a “first class” operation! Highly recommend them!"
