"The crew was prompt and professional, and crew leader Jesus answered questions quickly. Our house originally was carpeted throughout and when we pulled it up, we discovered several stains left by the previous owner's dog. We knew some of the stains were so heavy there was a chance they couldn't be sanded all the way out and that some boards would have to be replaced. As it turns out, the crew only needed to replace 3 boards (we were expecting more). They even finished the whole job in less time than originally planned for. We could not be happier with the way our floors turned out - they are absolutely beautiful. We would hire Functional Floors again in a heartbeat and 100% recommend them to anyone needing their floors refinished."
