"Stretched our carpeting in both the front room and dining room (large rooms). The carpet was damp in the dining room so they brought over a big fan to dry it out. They also had to apply latex to part of the backing to assure it would be strong enough to stretch in one section. The individual they sent was extremely knowledgeable and did everything to save the carpeting for the time being. He did a wonderful job.

"The team from Modern Quality Flooring excelled at every step of the process of redoing nearly every floor in our new house. We redid our entire first floor of hardwood and our entire basement with new vinyl lux flooring. We discovered some bumps in the road - upon removing some rugs, some very large plywood patches showed up. The basement floor, once the carpet came up proved to be less than level and the stairs needed to be patched up. Everything was done so well that it's hard to imagine it's the same house. The flooring work they did was transformational. Despite the complicated and numerous hardwood patches in several rooms, you can't tell they're not the original floors. The workmanship is flawless. We felt completely comfortable from the initial meeting with them. They were excellent at communicating things before, during and upon completion of the work. If you have floors that need attention, they should be your first (and really) only call. Cannot recommend highly enough."

"As I said in a recent review Carl who came out and had to re stretch carpeting in our hallway did a fantastic job as the ones who put the carpeting down did not do a very good job on laying the carpeting down, and I would never hire this company called "The Flooring Guys" again as I got them through a friend of ours. Had them come out twice about the carpeting in the hallway and they said it was the pad underneath that was bad, but Carl the one who came out and re-stretched it said no that the carpeting was not laid down properly. Glad I found Carl from Expert Flooring instead! Now if I need new carpeting or need the carpeting cleaned I will contact Carl instead..."

"We are extremely happy with our flooring project. Redesign scheduled the work and arrived on time the day we were told. They texted us while they were coming. As proposed they carefully moved the furniture to the side of the rooms, removed the carpet,prepped the floor for the new vinyl plank, moved the furniture back and completed the room. There wasn't a need for us to hire a moving company. The project was finished in the estimated time and vacuumed the entire house. Amazing transformation , we will be using them to refinish our kitchen and family room's hardwood floor. Outstanding and very courteous. The owner does the work and is carrying on the with the craftsmanship he has learned from his Father."
