"I had an area of about 4'x4' of my hardwood floor in my dining room damaged. These boards were broken in different spots and so the wood give in if you stepped on it. I had 2 contractors come out and they all said they would have to not only replace the boards but re-sand the dining room the living room and my office and recoat the 3 rooms so that it will all match. And on top of this charge ne several thousand dollars. I was dumbfounded as to why they just couldn't replace the damage boards and recoat them. I was even prepared for a little color mis match. They all insisted all the rooms had to be done. Then came Priority and I was so relieved when Aldo said he would search for the matching wood and do his best to coat it with a finish that matches the color and texture as close as possible. He replaced the boards and put the first coat on day 1. I got to tell you we were blown away with the match- I can't honestly tell where the boards were replaced. He then came back the next day to apply a 2nd coat. What a great job by Priority!!. And for just a few hundred dollars saving us thousands!! I highly recommend them! They will do the job that you want done without upselling you into a project that you don't need or want. And the work is of the highest quality. And they are very professional."

"We pulled old carpeting up and had issues with the old floor beneath. They had to join the floors of two rooms to a hallway by splicing new pieces of hardwood in because previous owners moved walls and just carpeted over the entire upstairs afterward. We hired them to splice in the threshold areas, and also remove the carpet that went down the stairs and refinish it all. They were fabulous, extremely nice to work with, super clean. We literally had no dust to speak of afterward. Great guys - we recommend them wholeheartedly!"

They came to the house early in the morning on finished sanding and coating my floors by 2:30pm. There was a stain on the floor that they were able to repair. The floors came out beautifully. "They did an excellent job in pulling up the carpet, sanding, and varnishing the two rooms. I think their prices seem high and I didnt like their requirement that 1/3 of the price had to be paid in advance, to be followed by another 1/3 to be paid when they arrive before actually doing anything. Hence, 2/3 of the contract had to be paid before any actual work was done. Also some scheduling snafus. But on balance they did do all they were supposed to do and the scheduling snafus didn't delay the project much. I plan to hire them again but will refuse to pay them the second 1/3 until they finished at least the first day's work."
