"I hired Refloor to come back and do my basement too. The installation was delayed due to stock shortage but the floors are in and they are beautiful. I hired my own painter to stain the moldings to match the floors. The floors look so much like real wood. Great job!"

This is a new company to Michigan but most of the reviews I read were from Ohio. I got lucky enough to have Eric install the shower for me and I couldn’t be happier. Eric showed up on time and never stopped working. Eric worked on my home like it was his own home. He communicated with me what was going on and very neat. I am getting new flooring and told Eric that he didn’t have to put anything down because the carpet is going anyway, but he still did. "Grant the owner did a fantastic job on the original hardwood floor in my home from 1965. Bought a home back in 2024 in the summer and ripped out carpet and exposed these beautiful true hardwood floors. His team Connor and himself proceeded and executed the job within 2 days about 600 square feet and piecing back in what used to be a full wall (about 8ft) separating the dining room and living room. Blends in well and can not tell it was even there."

They were very careful about taking care of dust and filters as well as other things in the house while working. They are dependable, knowledgeable, professional,and communicate to ensure the project is understood and on time. They left the house clean everyday and did I say dependable?
