The carpet was old looking and worn, however the floors were even worse underneath. There were missing planks, uneven soft spots, vinyl floor tile half taken off, it was a mess. Cid came to the job knowing the floors were horrible. I gave him full disclosure over the phone. I really anticipated him seeing the floors and walking away. A few days prior that's what happened with a different company. Cid was very personable, professional, knowledgeable, informative and fair. He laid out exactly what was going to have to take place with the job and then did the measurements. Now came the part me as a customer dread, the quote. I was floored when he gave me the numbers. The quote was very fair and he said he could get started right away. I was having three rooms done. It took a day and a few hours to complete. The crew worked very diligently to complete the job.
