"I've used Paul 2 times already and have just called for another rug to be cleaned and a rug to be repaired.  He does a fantastic job.  He washes each rug individually at his shop and returns them quickly. They look new again.  I will definitely use again.

"Great from start. Arnold is great to deal with in salesroom. Roland measured & explained how the job would be done, Jamie laid the floor and baseboard. Done in 2 days. Jamie really talented and kept me updated via text throughout process. Baseboards are especially nice. He does beautiful rounded corners. Very custom looking. Love the Vinyl Plank Floors from Shaw."

"I had a very pleasant experience with the friendly and prompt service by Pro floors! From the purchase of my flooring to the installation everything was terrific. My new floors are gorgeous!"

"

Arrived on schedule for quote and for service. After making sure the employees and I were on the same page for work to be performed, which we were, I left the house for a period of time to stay out of their way. When I returned they were nearly done and answered any questions I had, along with an invited walk through to see that everything had been completed. I was delighted with all phases of their work and they turned our old crusty looking tile and grout into what appears to be a new installation. I would and have already recommended their services to anyone who is in need of complete tile and grout cleaning and expects to get what they pay for. Brian and his crew are professionals in their field and obviously do not need to be micromanaged. This was a welcomed outcome after having regrettable conclusions on other companies in all aspects of remodeling our home.

"He was very professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgable.
Work done very perfect and included all aspects of the install:  moulding cut/install, caulked, sanded, painted, caulked.
Very neat and clean.
Would recommend floor cover.
Excellent!!
P.S.  the service date I have listed is wrong though it occurred around this time.
And the price was the special listed on your site.
