"Equipment was outdated and I was not happy with the cuts made into my ducts in order to hook up the equipment. I wish I had been made aware of this beforehand. I also did not like the fact that the trash per say is blasted into the air ( meaning I never got a clear definition of how they dispose of the gunk in your vents). Overall I am okay with the service received. I also want to say it would have been nice to know that they were coming, didn't get proper notification."

They made sure that my wife and I were informed of each step of the project and showed up early and at the promised time. They cleaned up after each day and made sure to communicate with us each day.
