"Phil called very quickly after I selected his business through Service Magic. He told me how much it would probably cost over the phone. We set a time for him to come to my home based on my availability. He showed up exactaly when he said he would. My carpet was buckeled very badly and Phil used a power streacher to fix it and within about an hour he was done. No more buckels and the carpet looks great. "I hired Nick to pull out old linoleum in my master bathroom and install new tile. Nick did an amazing job and I am extremely happy with the finished project. He was very professional, courteous, and easy to work with. He even went with me to Home Depot to select the best type of tile for the project. He arrived on time each day and kept me informed of his progress related to what he was doing and why . Nick completed the project within the estimated time frame, cleaned up after himself, and all of the work was done within the budget. He also gave me some helpful tips on how to maintain and care for the tile when he was done. The tile looks beautiful and matches the style of my bathroom perfectly. He did a great job of cutting and fitting the tile around the fixtures and corners. I highly recommend Nick to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled contractor. "Dustin did AMAZING work on a tough job. We pulled 30 year old carpet from a rental property in Lakewood, OH and found1/4 inch oak hardwood underneath. Unfortunately, the previous owner had allowed tenants to have pets and the floor was riddled with pet stains and gouges. Not only did Dustin bring the floors back to a wonderful condition, he took it upon himself to find wood that matched the floor and replaced the areas with pet stain as well. The finished product was amazing and it's hard to believe it's the same space. He was punctual and communicative through the entire process and I HIGHLY recommend him for any of your hardwood refinish needs!"

"I have not had the floors installed as of yet but the salesman, Mr. Neumann was the most wonderful salesman I have ever encounter. This was after I had a much different encounter previously. I called reflow because of their highly rated reviews and the BBB rating. However, my experience with the first salesman was not a good one. Iâ  m not sure if it was him or my lack of understanding the process After he left I was told I had 2 days to make a decision. When I did call the salesman, he informed me that he was on vacation and that I should call the office because they had all of the statistics. When I did call the office, they had absolutely no information whatsoever. I was confused and therefore wrote a very scathing review. I then begin to pursue another company. I even set up another date with the other company. After several phone calls from Refloor, I finally answered and agreed to have another salesman. Enter Mr. Neumann. He was professional, calm, respectful, and trustworthy. I hired him on the spot and my neighbor asked him to stop by her house when done with me. She hired him also. Mr. Neumann is the type of salesman that Refloor should use to train the other salesmen. He is great. I now will give Refloor a higher rating and looking forward to my floors being installed. I"
