The financing was done that night and the installers, Kevin and Kyle, started Monday. It took three days (leveling the floor took a day and a half by itself). The project manager, Amber, was great at communicating where everything stood on the job. Our new flooring (living room, hallway, and stairs) looks great. Everyone involved made this project easy. "I am so impressed with their work! We had some hideous pre finished floors in the house we bought. Once they started the job, the floor weren't sanding like they expected. They had to do a lot more work to get the floors back in decent shape and applied a clear coat and varnish. Yheu honored the quoted price and worked so hard to do it right, even though it added a couple days to the job. I love how the floors turned out!
