"Julio called me back with 15 minutes of submitting my estimate request for carpet stretching. He showed up an hour later and completed the job for a reasonable price. I will definitely hire him again for future carpet jobs."

"From the start it was a seamless process. Jennie Hong was very patient, kind and super helpful! She was there to assist us in picking out the flooring and carpet and guided us to ensure we were making the right choice. I gave her a budget and she was able to accommodate our needs and made it work to the very end. Her customer service is exceptional and her installers were also very helpful and nice. We would definitely recommend her company to others!"

"They were thorough ank quick with the job. I wast good with the debris upon ripping out my carpets and tile but they covered and moved everything for me. They even sent someone to cleanup and wipe down all the areas to ensure I wouldntbe affected. I had over 7 people give me quotes on my install and they were the most reasonable and professional company out of all the ones I quoted. Iâ ve gotten so many people raving about my floors and how well of a job they did! Thank u Mr Inman and Abraham"

"Express Flooring replaced our old carpet in the study with new wood flooring. Customer service was excellent. They laid the flooring and left the project very clean. The flooring is beautiful and definitely great quality. We will definitely use them again to replace carpet in our bedroom with the same wood flooring."

The team was extremely knowledgeable about their products and helped me choose the perfect flooring for my home. The installation was done quickly and efficiently, and the end result is absolutely stunning. I highly recommend Shop Save and Floor for anyone in need of high quality flooring and exceptional service. Overall, I couldn't be happier with my experience and the final result. Thank you Shop Save and Floor for a job well done!"

"Not bad. Not great. I did like that the installers moved all the furniture where the carpet was being installed and put it back. Just would have liked to had better padding & carpet. Sales guy convinced me other installers would charge more and had longer fulfillment and wait times. Who knows if that?s the case. It?s been a little over a year since having the carpet installed and it?s showing it?s wear already unfortunately."

"We had a Master Bathroom remodeling where the slippery floor to the shower replaced and walls were taken to the top, a light above the shower installed along with a new high tech shower L was installed. A larger storage area was made and the entire sink and faucets were replaced in marble. We would recommend Bano and the crew to others."
