"Functional Floors came out and sanded the original wood floors in my 3 bedrooms. They were 70 years old and have been covered by carpeting since I moved in 35 years ago. Boy, are they beautiful now. The price was reasonable (less than I thought it would be) and the work was professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs this work."

"My floor contractor passed away unexpectedly before he could finish a 400sqft roomâ s wood floors. The Footprints team jumped in to save the day just 2 days before our moving truck arrives with our things. They evaluated, priced, and sent a team over ON THE WEEKEND to do the job. While we knew we had to let the floors cure before placing furniture snd rugs, it was amazing to have the job completed quickly. We will call them again for future needs."
