"Functional Floors came out and sanded the original wood floors in my 3 bedrooms. They were 70 years old and have been covered by carpeting since I moved in 35 years ago. Boy, are they beautiful now. "Rob was very personable and was very honest with me. He told me of potential problems that might exist and provided solutions to take care of those potential problems. His crew was able to start almost immediately (which is what I was looking for) and finished in two days (Friday and Monday). The first day was all about cleaning, sanding and staining. The next day was all about applying the polyurethane. There were no potential problems (as previously discussed) and in the end I was so happy with the finished floors I just had to lay on it. I am a very satisfied customer and recommend Four Seasons Hardwood Flooring for the quality, customer service, and price."
