We discussed what I wanted and the rooms floors to be updated, she measured and we went over the samples, and pricing. The floors were beautiful when completed, and any minor issues I had Ms. Ann, Mr. Tommy, and a wonderful apprentice named Zach assisted in resolving my issues. "Eddie came out and gave an estimate. He was professional and personable and set a date and time for the following week to do the job. Due to other (larger) work obligations, Eddie wasn't able to keep the appointment. However, he sent his son, who was just as professional and personable! The job was completed without any issues. I was impressed (and grateful) that Eddie didn't put me on the back burner and reschedule because it was such a small job.
