Customers say: Super punctual
"Fabulous! We couldn't have been more pleased with Mauricio and his team. They were prompt, responsive, neat, and provided great advice on stain color and finish. The results are outstanding and we have gotten unsolicited positive comments about the newly refinished floors. They did an excellent job of containing the dust during the sanding phase of the job. In response to a last-minute request from me, they diligently sanded down and removed a heavily glued paper backing for a linoleum covering in the vestibule which I had been unable to remove myself. I strongly recommend Mauricio and his team to other homeowners."

"Great communication, very professional. The team made sure that everything was covered well so no dust will get on any furniture and surfaces. Very happy with the outcome. The price was very reasonable and the more rooms you will get done the better price you will get. Definitely recommend and would hire again for any other flooring needs."

"The team from At Home Carpet & Flooring did an excellent job. I had the entire wood floor sanded and varnished, and the final result looked like a brand-new floor. The workers were knowledgeable, respectful, and completed the job exactly as expected and on time."

"OK so let's start with I live up on the 4th floor. While other companies told me they couldn't bring up the equipment Precision Floors said "Yes We Can" . Already we got off to a great start. They came in and got to work immediately. Helping me move some furniture out the way. They showed me 3 samples of stain. I went with weathered Oak. And satin finish. FINISHED RESULTS AMAZING. Great Communication was through email. Every question I had answered. Very professional work. And very meticulous. Paying attention to detail & Getting the job done in just 2 days! Absolutely would highly recommend working with Precision floors."

"They did an excellent job in removing very old carpet and refinishing the wood floor exposed. Alberto walked me through the whole process and discussed the small repairs. He really worked with me on the pricing for the additional work that needed to be done. Floor is absolutely beautiful."

The rule of thumb is to add 10% for installations of under 1,000 square feet. If your installation is more than 1000 square feet, 7% is the appropriate adjustment. For diagonal installations or lower-grade hardwood products, 15% is the recommended adjustment.
Generally, you should leave a three quarter inch expansion space around the perimeter of your flooring. But this expansion should not affect your square footage measurements
It usually takes one to two days to complete vinyl sheet flooring installation. Your installation may require an extra day or two if you live in a humid climate.
