"When I tell you these guys are pros, they are pros. I love having referrals instead of big companies and Sandman was one of the best referrals we've ever had. They have done two of our floors and both look amazing. The first floor was a re-finish of an existing floor and the other was tearing out the entire floor and starting from the floorboards. Their process is fantastic and they usually finish one floor in about 4 days. They are also great at communication and John let's you know where you are at in the process at all times. If you want your hardwood floor done right, this is the company you want to do it. If we ever need our floors done again, I will be calling them out. "The sales rep, Eian, did a great job of explaining what Refloor "does". That night, Saturday, we decided to have them replace our carpet. The financing was done that night and the installers, Kevin and Kyle, started Monday. It took three days (leveling the floor took a day and a half by itself). The project manager, Amber, was great at communicating where everything stood on the job. Our new flooring (living room, hallway, and stairs) looks great. Everyone involved made this project easy. We believe that the amazing results are well worth the premium price."

"Henry and Marianne Baker did a wonderful job on my floors. I had an old rug covering the floor and the pad underneath was disintegrating and sticking to the floor. They had a guy that came in and scraped prior to sanding. They were quick to get started and worked for about 5 days till they were finished. My floor is beautiful I knew there were stains and dark spots on my floor but I think in the end it just adds to the beauty of my floor. They were excited about doing a good job for me. They really wanted me to have the best finished product they could. They really like the high gloss finish for it's durability and shine. I wanted the semi gloss as it fit me and what I wanted in my home. In the end I did the semi gloss and we were all happy with the results. I would recommend Henry and Marianne to anyone getting their wood floors refinished. I did need to be out of my home while the polyurethane was drying and a couple of days after due to the fumes. pictures didn't load :("
