"I would not hesitate in recommending My Flooring. From the start the customer service was above par. I was not rushed at any point, even when taking time to select carpet. I was handled patiently, and when I was ready to get the carpet the process was timely and without glitch."

"Instead of replacing the part of the carpet that was ruined, I replaced it with stone flooring. Beautiful job"

"Victor was able to complete the job and it is beautiful and made all the difference in the house. The family moved in Saturday night are settled and registering their children for school today. If it wasn't for victor this wouldn't have happened. I know the next time I need flooring I don't have to look because I know who to call. I suggest that if anyone reasons this needs this service call victor and he will get the job done for you. Thank you Victor"

"My carpet was so clean when they completed the job, it looked like new carpet. I was so excited looking at it, I didn't want to move the furniture back into the room. A true professional. Patricia W."

"I was promptly contacted for an appointment to discuss my flooring job, and Ms. Ann also brought samples for me to review. Ms. Ann showed up well prepared. We discussed what I wanted and the rooms floors to be updated, she measured and we went over the samples, and pricing. The floors were beautiful when completed, and any minor issues I had Ms. Ann, Mr. Tommy, and a wonderful apprentice named Zach assisted in resolving my issues. Customer service was on point, and the quality of the work was of the highest standard. I would recommend Fogel's Fine Floors to family and friends. Price was reasonable and my mother and I were well pleased."

"Eddie came out and gave an estimate. He was professional and personable and set a date and time for the following week to do the job. Due to other (larger) work obligations, Eddie wasn't able to keep the appointment. However, he sent his son, who was just as professional and personable! The job was completed without any issues. I was impressed (and grateful) that Eddie didn't put me on the back burner and reschedule because it was such a small job. This malady in my floor was preventing me from installing hardwood flooring so I am very happy it is done!
