Our house originally was carpeted throughout and when we pulled it up, we discovered several stains left by the previous owner's dog. We knew some of the stains were so heavy there was a chance they couldn't be sanded all the way out and that some boards would have to be replaced. As it turns out, the crew only needed to replace 3 boards (we were expecting more). They even finished the whole job in less time than originally planned for.
