"Functional Floors came out and sanded the original wood floors in my 3 bedrooms. They were 70 years old and have been covered by carpeting since I moved in 35 years ago. Boy, are they beautiful now. The price was reasonable (less than I thought it would be) and the work was professional. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs this work."

"I would highly recommend it. Ali is great! Very professional, warm, and also very personal. We got the new carpet installed in the house. He helped us choose the one we need and made it very easy for us. Great customer service! Amar, the installation guy with his team is also wonderful! They were on time, hard-working, and very focused on the project. Impressed by the quality and professionalism. Would definitely hire again."

"I needed to get new floors in my home and I could not be happier with the work Naim and his crew did when installing my new flooring. Naim and his crew were prompt, professional and extremely knowledgeable. They quickly and carefully removed furniture from each room and got to work immediately. I greatly appreciated how hard each of them worked to get this job finished to my expectations. Even when the job went longer than expected, Naim and his crew continued working late into the day in order to finish the job to my liking. I am so impressed with the work Naim and his crew did for me, I will request for Naim and his crew come back for additional flooring I have planned in the future. I would strongly recommend Naim and his crew for any flooring project you have planned. Their level of professionalism and attention to detail is unquestionable and I could not be happier with the final results."

"I selected CD Contracting to redo my beat up Maple floors. I had unfinished areas, heavily scratched areas and dinged up areas. Craig was prompt and quick in getting the floors refinished. He also completed a previously carpeted floors with new walnut. The outcome was amazing they look like new floors. I would highly recommend. The only gripe I have is trash. I was left with a heap of carpet and old woodwork in my garage and had to clean it up. The price was affordable and results were great just wish this was explained / determined better."
