"Our project was actually a crawlspace encapsulation. We have a lake cabin that was built in the 1960's. It had a dirt floor in the crawlspace with bare block masonry foundation walls. It also had old, damp batt insulation that was falling down from the joist spaces. American Waterworks came in, removed the old insulation (a nasty job!), laid down a 2 layer moisture barrier system and spray foamed the foundation walls and rim joist area. I can't believe what a difference this has made to our air quality, much warmer floors. We used to have to wipe down the windows every morning during the winter because of condensation. Not any more! I would highly recommend this company if you have the same needs!!"

Shawn and his team demolished our existing, shifting and cracked front steps / stoop and replaced it with a beautiful, perfectly designed new steps / stoop. The new stoop looks as if it was designed and integrated to the house when it was built in 1930. It's perfect and exactly what we wanted. We are getting compliments from neighbors, and even the concrete truck driver! Communication and bid were professional and excellent. Shawn owns the business and is in charge of the job site from start to finish. No subs --- all a family team. The cost of the job was extremely fair given the extent of the work we needed done. Crew worked hard so that each step was completed with perfect timing. Job took two days to complete: one to demolish, haul, set forms, rebar; the next to pour and finish.
