They offered to come back & clean up all the mess that was left & fix some other issues. The two guys who came back for my concerns were very nice & respectful & addressed & fixed the issues. The installation team was very friendly as well but was the ones that left the mess & broke a item of mine I've had for 10 yrs. So very heart broke over that. Now just waiting to see how my basement holds up when it rains heavey or for days at a time."

"Overall, it went well. Though I will have to call them back out because of a tiny little spot that is still damp. I do love that it is a lifetime warranty. The guy that did the work did have the courtesy to call ahead and say his current job was taking a bit longer. Not an issue for me, especially since he called to let me know. Though when he did show up, he was very dirty and unprofessional looking. He also did not have boot protectors on and repeatedly continued to track mud throughout my house, even though I reminded him that I laid a towel on the floor so he could wipe his feet; but he just stepped over it. His work on my repair definitely reflected on him. The finished product was very sloppy. He did clean up after himself but there was still a good bit of dust, and the putty he laid over the crack looked like a 3 year old did it. It took me hours to sand down the globs in order for me to be able to paint over it. Again, the lifetime warranty is definitely a plus. I'm just hoping I wont get the same guy. Very pleasant company to deal with otherwise!"
