"I called JES Foundation Company for a free inspection of my crawl space. I was concerned about a crack in my foundation wall. JES inspector Richard Sheman Showed up to inspect my foundation. He sent a text with the time of his arrival. He was pleasant and on time. He went into my crawlspace and inspected the crack in the wall and stated I had nothing to worry about. He was very knowledgeable about the foundation and itâ  s structure. He explain to me how I could fix the superficial settling crack and save a bunch of money. "Roland jr and his crew from MD Waterproofing did a great job under difficult circumstances. A previous renovation by a previous owner dropped the basement floor. What we didnâ t realize is that they had never added underpins so the foundation was undermined. Once Rolandâ s crew broke into a wall to solve a leak, they saw this. They explained the issue clearly and explained the remedy. We were able to quickly get a new quote for the additional work from our company contact, Steve Maney, who was very professional throughout this. Total cost for our house was just over $20k for underpinning two walls and redoing the associated French drains. We will definitely go with MD Water proofing to finish the last two walls, once we have the money saved"
